Nancy as born on December 28, 1950 in Columbus, GA, daughter of the late Thomas Crowley, Sr. and Annie Lee Dixon. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Tracy Elkins, brother, Tommy Crowley, Jr, and her sister, Glenda Crowley.
Survivors include her children, David Elkins of Columbus, GA, daughter, Linda Elkins of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Jacob Danford of Atlanta, GA, Gabe Elkins of Columbus, GA, Tracy Elkins of Columbus, GA, Rose Elkins of Columbus, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
