Nancy Jo Craig, 80 of Columbus, Georgia died Sunday, December 29, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
A private committal service will be held at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA.
Nancy was born September 3, 1944 in Corpus Christi, Texas to the late Thomas Russell Monroe and Josephine Freda Meyer Monroe. Known for her humorous and unwavering love for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Dennis Herbert Craig and was a dedicated housewife/homemaker to her husband and children.
She is survived by her daughters: Kathy Averett (Christopher) of Columbus, GA, Debbie Heath (Mike) of Lake Orion, MI, Jan McHugh (Timothy) of Bridgewater, NH and Sandra Craig (Fiancé Bryan) of Columbus, GA. brother: Clyde Norman Monroe (Gayle) Phenix City, AL. Nancy was blessed with multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren.
