Mildred M. Brasseaux, 78, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, February 25, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Rodney Porter officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brasseaux was born April 16, 1939 in Logan, West Virginia daughter of the late William and Sylvia Ramey Nelson. She was a Sales Associate at Kmart and was a member of Striplin Terrace United Methodist Church.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Stephan Brasseaux.
Survivors include her daughter, Brenda Reis of Midland, GA, son, Larry "Steve" Brasseaux, Jr. of Columbus, GA, and grandchildren, Cody Walker, Sierra Reis, Ethan Brasseaux and Kalie Brasseaux.
