Ms. Bacon was born November 6, 1927 in Graceville, FL daughter of the late Robert H. Fort and Mattie Fort. She worked as a Surgical Technician for the Medical Center and was a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her son, Eddie Bacon of Columbus, GA, brother, John H. Fort, sister, Flora Nagle both of Winter Haven, FL, and grandson, Josh.
