Papo was the cherished son of Miguel A Santos Colon and Beth Fagundo Sierra, and a cherished brother to Jazmin Reyes Fagundo and Leugim Santos Fagundo. His family was the core of his world, and he loved them with a depth and sincerity that was truly remarkable.
Papo was a proud holder of a GED, demonstrating his commitment to education and personal growth. He found his true calling in the culinary world, spending many years as a grill chef at Outback. His passion for cooking did not stop at work, as he loved to cook for his loved ones, always finding creative ways to express his love through food. His dishes were not just meals, but expressions of his affection and creativity. Papo also enjoy drawing and at times painting.
