Michael D. Jordan, 62, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital.
Cryptside services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Chapel of The Pines Mausoleum at Parkhill Cemetery with Reverend David Howle officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Jordan was born March 3, 1950 in Columbus, GA son of the late George J. and Sarah Phelts Jordan. He was the owner of Curtis Mathis TV.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Jeff Jordan, Judy Gambill, and Sheila Rodgers.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Ward Jordan of Columbus, GA, two daughters, Ellissa Michele Jordan and Dana Marie Jordan both of Columbus, GA, five sisters, Barbara Reese of Eau-gllie, FL, Sarah Worthington (Al) of Columbus, GA, Cheryl Flowers of Washington, D.C., Gina Keller (Burton) of Columbus, GA and Patricia Cloud (David) of Grayson, GA, four brothers, Richard Jordan (Willie), Jimmy Jordan (Joan), Jack Jordan (Caroline) and Phillip Jordan all of Columbus, GA.
