Michael Ray Curry

Michael Ray Curry, age 74, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at his home after a brief illness.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM January 4, 2022 at Parkhill Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.

Mr. Curry was the son of Lewis and Musette Curry and was born in Columbus, Ga. He graduated in 1966 from Jordan High School. He was a member of the marching band under the direction of Bob Barr. He was also a member of the Bob Barr community band as a trumpet player. He was a faithful member of North Highland Church. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved to travel and camp. He also had a love of motorcycles. He loved to tell people about Jesus.

Mr. Curry was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara P. Curry; daughter Laura Faulk (John); grandchildren Emily Fugate, Charles Fugate; step grandchildren Christopher Gordon, Michael Faulk, Allyson Faulk; step great granddaughter Ava Faulk.
