Michael William Casey, 64, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 16, 2011 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Vernon Prather officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Casey was born September 15, 1946 in Ft. Riley, KS son of the late Herman and Mamie Shinn Casey. He was the manager of Hardees.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Kinsman Casey of Columbus, GA, sisters, Terry Schwab of Kansas, Nola Quillman of Illinois and Betty Willcox of Florida, brother, Curtis Chronister of Georgia, uncles, Robert and Henry Shinn of Kansas and Donny Shinn of Texas, aunt, Betty Jo Plank of Kansas, mother-in-law, Theresia O. Kinsman of Columbus,Ga and several loving nieces and nephews.
