Mary Belle "Belle" (Rogers) Williams

Mary Belle “Belle” Rogers Williams, 93, of Fortson, GA beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away in the early hours on September 8, 2021.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Belle was born on September 30, 1937 in Chattahoochee County to the late Homer Rogers and Katie Sizemore Rogers. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church. She married Harry Lake Williams of Midland, GA whom she celebrated 56 years of marriage on October 8, 2006. She loved dancing, singing and enjoyed many years of swimming and boating Lake Harding at the family cottage. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Harry Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memory to her daughters; Robin Williams McCormack of Midland, GA, Patricia Lake Williams of Fortson, GA, a much loved son-in-law, David McCormack of Midland, GA, grandsons; William Lake Williams of Mankato, MN, Harrison Lake Williams of Fortson, GA, great-grandchildren, Iszabelle Williams, Landen Lake Williams, Gabriel Lake Williams, Grayson Lake Williams, Fletcher Lisenby and Benjamin David Arett-Williams.
