Mary Ann Teal, 79 of Salem, AL died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at The Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home, 613 14th St. Phenix City, AL.
Mrs. Teal was born November 4, 1933 in Eufaula, Alabama daughter of the late John Alton Griffin and Lina Stanford Griffin. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and watching her humming birds. She loved spending time with her family.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Franklin E. Teal.
Survivors include her daughters, Nita Adams and husband Tracy of Ladonia, AL, Cathy Kusaba and husband Glen of Wetumpka, AL and Lina Williams of Smiths Station, AL; sons, Frank Teal, Billy Teal and Dennis Teal all of Salem, AL; sister, Ardell Morris of Bakerhill, AL; eleven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
