Mary C. (Bowen) Renfroe

Mary C. Renfroe, 93, of Columbus, GA died Sunday February 13, 2022 in Fortson, GA.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 18, 2022 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Ed Ray officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery following the service.

Mary was born March 15, 1928 in Rockmills, AL to the late James T. Bowen and Mary Magdalene Chastone Bowen. She worked as a secretary for Columbus Screening Company. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church and Sunday school class. She loved to dance, cook, enjoyed spending time at the beach and with her family and friends. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Renfroe, son, Jerry Renfroe, daughter-in-law, JoJo Renfroe, grandsons, Brad Renfroe and Clay Renfroe.

She is survived by her sons, Tommy Renfroe (Linda) of Cedartown, GA, Danny Renfroe of Columbus, GA, Donald Renfroe (Lybia) of Columbus, GA, Ronald Renfroe (Janet) of Fortson, GA, grandchildren, Tammy, Daniel H., Shane, Tommy, Jr., Joshua, Rachel, Ashley, Daniel R., Bryan and great-grandchild, Ryan.
