Mary Evelyn Holmes, 75, of Columbus, GA died Monday, November 16, 2020 at Columbus Hospice House.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Evergreen Cemetery, according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
She is preceded in death by her mother Thelma Green, father Sam Green, brother James Green Sr. and sister Annie Dansby.
She is survived by her husband Albert Holmes of Colquitt, GA, daughters Melinda Herring of Columbus, GA, Teresa Wragg of Colquitt, GA; grandchildren John McMillian (Rose) of Columbus, GA, Mary Guadagnoli (Buddy) of South Carolina, James Herring, Jr. of Columbus GA, Elizabeth Matthews of Phenix City, AL, Jasmine Wilson of Columbus, GA, lots of great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and lots of loved ones!
