Martin Christopher Thiele, 18, of Midland, GA, died Thursday, April 30, 2015 at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 P. M. Monday, May 4, 2015 at Solid Rock Assembly of God Church with Pastor Tommy Bradford officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 P. M. at the funeral home.
Martin was born July 20, 1996 in Columbus, GA, son of Christopher Stephen Thiele and Christy Mason Armentrout. He was a graduate of Hardaway and was a Christian by faith. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed video games. Martin was an inspiration to everyone he met with his amazing contagious smile.
Martin was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dorothy Thiele.
Survivors include his parents, Christopher Stephen Thiele (Christie) and Christy Armentrout (Travis); brother, Mason Thiele; step-sister, Christa Armentrout; paternal grandfather, Stephen Thiele (Brenda) ; maternal grandparents, Danny and Mary Mason; maternal great-grandmother, Gladys Mason; paternal great-grandmother, Katie Harris; and step grandparents, Danny and Rachael Miller.
