Martha Elizabeth Noles Tucker

Martha Elizabeth Noles Tucker, 91, of Phenix City, AL died Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Columbus Hospice House. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, April 5, 2024 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907, with Rev. Eddie Pullen officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery following the service.

Elizabeth was born October 15, 1932 and peacefully passed from this Earth on April 2, 2024. She was the 5th child to Warner and Sally Mae Noles of LaGrange, Georgia, and the proud wife to Charles Tucker, all of whom have preceded her in death. Siblings also preceding her in death include Marvin Noles, Wayne Noles, Lorene Cadle, and Helon Pannell.

Elizabeth was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was a devoted member of Alethia Church. Mrs. Tucker loved Jesus and shared him with everyone she loved. She grew up in LaGrange, GA married Charles Tucker in 1952 and together, they dedicated their entire adult lives to owning local businesses and serving their communities. Mrs. Tucker continued to serve as owner of Big T Tire in Columbus, GA over the past 3 decades. She was a strong woman full of wisdom and love. Mrs. Tucker will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her daughters, Glenda Oliver of Columbus, GA, Susan Grigsby (Robert) of St. Augustine, FL, Sharon Flemons of Cataula, GA; brother, Warner Noles (Mary) of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Amy Posey (Clay) of Fairhope, AL, Joseph Oliver (Kellie) of Columbus, GA, Ian Grigsby (Tallie) of Niceville, FL, Amanda Boulier (Luis) of St. Augustine, FL, Mallory Naugher (Andrew) of Fortson, GA, Taylor Ledford (Ashlyn Smith) of Gambrills, MD; great grandchildren, Emma Posey, Tucker Posey, Ashley Dugard (Matthew Cason), Mason Oliver, Isabella Boulier, Gavin Boulier, Libby Boulier, Baby Boy Grigsby, Charlie Naugher, Andy Naugher; and one great great grandchild, Cecily Cason; numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. Additionally, Mrs. Tucker is survived by the many men she loved, appreciated, and considered family at Big T Tire.
