Martha Ellen Avery Rivera, 73, of Box Springs, GA, died Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Columbus Hospice House.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ms. Rivera was born January 18, 1943 in Malone, FL daughter of the late Leslie Avery and Rachel Oliver Avery. She was a Blade Inspector at Pratt and Whitney.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Bobby Avery.
Survivors include her daughter, Linda Arnold (Kim) of Columbus, GA; sister, Joanie McClellan (Mike); brothers, Cecil Avery and Tommy Avery (Genie); and grandchildren, Amanda Place Hernandez (Brian) and Garrett Arnold.
