Martha Crane Edge, 85 of Columbus, GA passed away Monday January 21, 2025 at Piedmont Northside Hospital with her family by her side.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Martha was born October 31,1939 in Monroe, Louisiana to the late Joseph M. Crane and Bessie Williams Crane. Martha was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Smiths Station, AL. She cherished her family and loved being Meemaw to her grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving husband of 33 years, Gary Edge of Columbus, GA. daughters: Glenda Wilson (Larry) of Phenix City, AL, Debra Stephens (Mark) of Orlando, FL, Wendy Gilmore (Scott) of Phenix City, AL, grandchildren, Liesa Harris, Jodie Venavides, Morgan Nelson (Jesse), Colton Gilmore and Christopher Stephens; along with 6 great-grandchildren
