Mark Andrew Denamur

Mark Andrew DeNamur, 59 of Columbus, GA died Saturday, October 3, 2020 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 9, 2020 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, GA 31907. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 face coverings and social distancing will be required. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory will be following the recommendations set by the Columbus Consolidated Government and Governor Brian Kemp by requiring face coverings and social distancing for those attending the chapel service.

Mark was born November 8, 1960 in Columbus, GA to the late Robert DeNamur and Barbara DeNamur Marrapodi. He was a 1979 graduate of Hardaway High School and Columbus Technical College. Mark was a tool  and die machinist for 30 years with American Tool and Die in Columbus.

Other than his parents, Mark was preceded in death by a brother, Steven DeNamur and step-father, Geno Marrapodi, both of Columbus.

Mark is survived by a son, Jake DeNamur, of Phenix City, AL; brothers John DeNamur (Lorie) of  Columbus, GA and William DeNamur (Lisa) of Columbus, GA; several nieces and nephews.
