Marie Gipe, 68, of Harris County, GA died Friday, December 4, 2020 at West Georgia Medical Center. A Graveside service will be held 12:00 pm Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at Evergreen Memorial Park, 4500 St Marys Rd, Columbus, GA 31907, with Reverend Mike Cain officiating. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian, Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Marie was born January 11, 1952 in Blakely, GA to the late John and Fannie Norfleet.
Survivors include her husband, Jerry Gipe of Phenix City, AL; children, Patricia Yasenchok (Jarrod), Tammy Sieve (Eric), Richard Higgins all of Harris County, GA; siblings, Robert Norfleet, Franklin Boyd (Lily), Vivian Williamson, Marsha Griffin, Carolyn Boyd, Marilyn Crowl all of Florida; grandchildren, Megan, Jarrod Jr, Dawn, Joy, Amy, Kenneth, Matthew, Richard, LeeAshley; and 20 great grandchildren.
