Marian Irene Hornbeck, 79 of Columbus, GA died Friday, March 22, 2013.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday, March 25, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA. A private interment will be held in Ft. Benning Main Post Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Hornbeck was born August 31, 1933 in Chicago, IL daughter of the late Clyde Leslie Worsham and Irene Marie Petka Cole. She was a homemaker and a member of the Womens Auxiliary of Columbus, GA.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, CW4 (Ret.) Ira Willard Hornbeck and brother, Robert Worsham.
Survivors include her daughters, Cathy LeAnne Wolff (Robert) of Brownstown, MI and Marianne Cecila Brescia (Robert) of Tulsa, OK; sister, Kathleen Ann Borgersen (Lee) of Oak Grove Village, IL; four grandchildren, Michael, Jaime, Kelly and Robert; five great grandchildren, Ashley, Christian, Reagan, Skylar and Alexander and several nieces and nephews.
