The funeral service of Mrs. Maria G. Jones, 92 of Columbus, GA, died Sunday Jan. 12, 2020 at Columbus Hospice House, will be held Wednesday Jan. 15, 2020 at 11:00 AM at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Jones was born December 12, 1927 in Panama City, Panama, daughter of the late Trinidad Gallardo and Rufina Gomez Gallardo. She was also preceded in death by her husband Anzy W. Jones. She previously work for Swift Mills and she was a member of Central Baptist Church.
She was survived by her daughter, Lucy Bailey of Columbus, GA. two sons, Danny Jones both and Amzy Waylan both of Columbus, GA. and four grandchildren Christopher Lee Bailey of Atlanta, GA, Adrianne Adams, David Jones and Danielle Winters all of Columbus, GA and numerous relatives in Panama.
