Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, January 18, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Frank Parr officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Strickland was born April 5, 1906, in Sparks, Georgia to Benjamin Warren Whitehurst and Margaret McPhaul Whitehurst.
