Margaret Louise (King) Jenkins

Margaret Louise Jenkins, 96, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, September 10, 2020 at her residence.
A Graveside service will be held 10:00AM Monday, September 14, 2020 at Parkhill Cemetery with Chaplain Kenneth Wilcox officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. To maintain efforts of preventing the spread of COVID-19, those attending the funeral service will be required to wear a face mask and social distancing will be in effect.
Margaret was born January 03, 1924 in Columbus, GA to the late Wilbur Little King and Lillie Davis King. She worked for the Columbus Police Department as a Crossing Guard for 45 years. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, B.F. Jenkins and son David Jenkins.
She is survived by her sons, John Jenkins (Jeannie), Steve Jenkins, grandchildren, John Jenkins, Jr., Julie Jenkins (Kevin), Stephen Jenkins (Stephanie), Jessica Jenkins, great-grandchildren, Kaleigh Elkins, Alexis Elkins, Sarah Grace Jenkins, DJ Jenkins, sister, Ruby Mixon and brother, Fred King (Carolyn).
