Marcia Elizabeth Edwards, 92, of Columbus, GA died Friday, December 11, 2009 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, December 14, 2009 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Eugene Wiseman officiating. Interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 13, 2009 from 4 to 6 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Edwards was born May 16, 1917 in Richland, GA daughter of the late Tolly and Annie Sears Perry. She was a homemaker and a member of Harmony Nazarene Church in Warm Springs, GA. She was a volunteer, housewife, mother, grandmother, Sunday School Teacher, Church Board Member, Missionary President, Church Secretary, and Youth Group Leader.
