Lyle Edwin Mourer, 85, of Columbus, GA passed away on November 6, 2019.
He was a skilled baseball player, lover of card and board games, loyal Rosehill Seafood Restaurant patron, and a passionate karaoke singer with a strong bass voice. He was blessed with knowing just when to give you a playful ribbing. Lyle was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Columbus where he proudly served as an acolyte.
He was born on April 12, 1934 in Bowne Township in Michigan son of Albert T. Mourer and Geraldine Freeman.
Survivors include his wife Tracy H. Mourer of Columbus, Georgia, his children in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, and step daughters Kimberly Schor of Maryland and Caroline Schor-MacDicken of Virginia.
