Lydia B. Plouff, 70 of Phenix City, AL died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive immediately following the service at the cemetery, according to Colonial Funeral Home, 613 14th St. Phenix City, AL.
Mrs. Plouff was born January 4, 1943 in Fuerth, Germany daughter of the late Margaret Plack Kist. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed bowling, gardening and playing with her animals.
Other than her mother she was preceded in death her husband, Francis Bauer Plouff and son Francis Gene Plouff.
Survivors include her daughters, Diane Plouff Callahan (Glen) Seale, AL and Sandy Jennings (David), Phenix City, AL; grandchildren, Ciaran Callahan, Mariah, Karlee and Dustin Jennings; sister, Monika Young (Robert) of Phenix City, AL; brother, Dieter Plack of Germany and several nieces and nephews.
