Lunana Faye (Fordham) Tarleton

Luana Faye Tarleton, 80 of Columbus died January 6, 2022 at her residence. A memorial service will be held 3 PM Sunday, January 9, 2022 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Tommy Bradford officiating. Visitation will follow the services at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA. 31907. Launa was born December 4, 1941 in Heflin, Alabama the daughter of the late Buckalew Fordham and Wayne Ralston Fordham. She worked in sales for Dillards and Stein Mart in Columbus. She was a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God, she loves to cook, clean, the beach, riding motorcycles with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren. She was loved by everyone. She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Brack Tarleton of Columbus, children, Suesie Weathers of Lakeland Florida, Joby Lee of Babson Park, Florida, Teresa Needham (Chris) of Winterhaven, Florida, Gayla Faulkner of Winter Park, Florida, stepchildren, Connie Potter of Covington, Georgia, Paula Pierce (Jeff) of Covington, Georgia, Amy Cox (Anthony) of Columbus, Laura Key (Jerry) of Hawaii, sisters, Charlotte Odneal of Covington, Georgia, Judy Gazaway of Covington Georgia, 14 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Cornerstone Assembly of God, 7701 Lloyd Road Columbus, Ga. 31909.
