Louise Nobles Smith, 96, of Columbus, GA went to be with Jesus on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, November 5, 2010 at Eastside Assembly of God 5505 Hodges Dr. Columbus, GA 31909 with Reverend James Strickland and Reverend Lynn McManious officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Smith was born on September 6, 1914 in Athens, GA daughter of the late Harry Contos and Fannie Mae Contos Lack. She was a member of Geneva Baptist Church for over 30 years where she served as a Sunday School teacher. She was also a founding member of Eastside Assembly of God.
