Lou Jean Warren Ferrell

In her Madison, Georgia home, surrounded by immediate family members, Lou Jean Warren Ferrell died peacefully Saturday morning, June 22, 2013 following an extended illness. She was 79 years of age.
Memorial services were held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at her church home, First Baptist Church in Eatonton, Georgia. The family received friends at the church an hour preceding the service and followed at a family home on Lake Oconee. There are no memorial services planned in Columbus.
Lou Jean was a Christian, active in her church and community affairs while enjoying a career in real estate.
She is survived locally by sister, Joyce Warren Luquire of Columbus and Terri Proctor of Sharpsburg. Other survivors include her husband, Jack, three daughters, Toni, Kelley and Julie and their families, two brothers, and other extended family members.
