Ms. Chapman was born January 27, 1936 in Moline, IL daughter of the late Rudolph Wallace Johnson and Sara Alrida Rogness Johnson. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her children, Leon Chapman, III, John Chapman, Mike Chapman, Sharron Chapman, Beverly Chapman Decker and Penny Otis.
