Mrs. Linda D. Page-Williams, 73, of Louvale, GA went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her family November 6, 2023.
Linda was born May 29, 1950, in Columbus, GA to the late John Edward DeBardelaben and Susie M. Randall DeBardelaben. She was a graduate of Hardaway High School and Columbus State University. She earned her bachelor's degree, master's degree and Educational Specialist degree. Linda was a teacher and an educator in the state of Georgia for forty years. She taught in Stewart County and Chattahoochee County School Systems and worked in the Regional Education Services Agency (RESA) working with teachers and administrators. After retirement she served as a consultant in the educational system for several years. Her greatest passion was teaching Sunday School and Bible studies. Linda loved to teach and learn God's word. Linda was of the Assembly of God faith, attending church at the Refuge in Waverly Hall and Edgewood Assembly of God.
Survivors include her husband, Milton Kelly Williams of Louvale, Ga; son, Nicholas "Nick" Page (Kimberly) of Franklin, NC; a daughter, Andrea Page-Turner (Evan Garner) of Columbus, Ga; stepdaughters, Angie Rollins and Vanessa Williams of Pine Level, NC; ten grandchildren, Turner Page, McKenzie Page, Danielle Moon, Spencer Page, William Burgess, and Cooper Page, Cody Brickhouse, Braidy Grace Rollins (Dylan Lambert), Samantha Rollins, and Evan Williams; a great-grandson, August Joel Lambert; a brother, John Kenneth DeBardelaben of Jamesville, WI; and a sister, Tricia D. Boutwell (Kenny) of Hamilton, Ga. and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her first husband, J. Grady Page, III; a sister, Peggy Sue DeBardelaben; a brother, Clyde Lee; and a son-in-law, Russell Rollins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 1:00PM at Edgewood Assembly of God with the Rev. Andrew Overby, Rev. Charles Hayes, and Mr. Nick Page officiating. Burial will follow in the Louvale Church Row Cemetery at 3:30 PM in Louvale, GA. The family will receive friends Friday, November 10, 2023, from 6-8 pm at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd, Columbus, Ga. 31907.
At Linda's request, in lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be given to a student in need to further their education by buying school supplies, clothing, gift cards, or Bibles. Linda would be so proud to know a student had great success by the generosity of others.
