Linda Nansel, 76, of Columbus, GA, died Friday June 24, 2022 at her residence.
A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery in Ft. Mitchell , AL according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Linda was born March 14, 1946 in Los Angeles, CA, to the late William Jennings Maxwell and Lenora Nichols Maxwell. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is preceded in death by her son, Leroy Hatch, siblings, Billy Joe Nichols and Mary Helen Blaylock.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Lloyd Nansel of Columbus, GA, children, Monica Nansel, Penny Nichols, Melinda Hillman, Michael Nansel, sisters, Jackie Sizemore, Ginger Jurek, Judy Page, brothers, Will Hobbs, Roger Hobbs, Gary Maxwell, grandchlidren, Kiley Nansel, Jessica Pratt, Cody Nansel, Adam Nichols, Emma Nichols, Tyler Watt, Riley Barrick, great-grandchildren, Jakob Pratt, Lukas Sacchi, Karter Sacchi, Oakley Pratt, Beckett Pratt and Luca Nichols, Fallon Nansel and Jett Nansel.
