Linda Ellen Arbeit, 68, of Phenix City, AL, died Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Midtown Medical Center.

Mrs. Arbeit was born September 5, 1946 in Memphis, TN, daughter of the late Peter and Maxine Zavinsky. She was a medical transcriptionist for St. Francis Hospital.
Survivors include her daughter, Melody Maples (Jeremy) of Phenix City, AL; son, Peter Arbeit (Tonya) of Wasilla, AK; daughter, Melissa Cottew (Jason) of Phenix City, AL; grandchildren, Breanna Arbeit, Andrew Arbeit, Sydney Arbeit, Deanna Cruzan, Madison Cruzan, Mason Maples-Cruzan; sister, Priscilla Croy; and niece, Casandra Croy.
