Leroy Green, Sr. 61 of Columbus, Ga. died Thursday at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home Columbus.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the home of Camilla and Hugo Sheppard 2021 Coventry Drive Columbus, Georgia 31904 according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.
Mr. Green was born December 18, 1949 in Columbus, Ga. son of the late Lee Nathan and Shara Prophitt Green. He was the owner of GRL Builders of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years Patricia G. Green, one daughter Lisa Green Nichols (Jason) of Columbus, Ga., one son Leroy Green, Jr. (Brandy) of Valley, Al., one brother Terry Green, Sr., two sisters Camilla Sheppard (Hugo) and LeAnn Pinner all of Columbus, Ga., five grandchildren Brandon Green, Wesley Barfield, Josh Green, Salton Green and Kaitlyn Nichols. one great grandchild that will be joining the family soon and several other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to Vista Care Hospice 100 Brookstone Centre Parkway Columbus, Georgia 31904.
