Leon Napier, 60, of Columbus, GA died Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM, Saturday, February 13, 2010 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Charles Lawhon officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6 till 8 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Napier was born December 26, 1949 in Columbus, GA son of the late Russell P. and Olga Miller Napier. He was preceded in death by his brother Leroy Napier and sister Jacquelyn Posey.
Survivors include his three children, Rebecca Ann Napier, Tammy Darlene Napier and Laura Lee Napier all of North Carolina, sisters, Martha Butler(Larry) of Ozark, AL, Betty Lawhon(Charles) of Columbus, GA and Linda Chase(Larry), of Phenix City, AL, brother, Russell P. Napier, Jr. of Columbus, GA, and fiancee, Rebecca Correia of Columbus, GA.
