Laura was born September 21, 1959 in Columbus, GA. to Darwin Wayne Norris and the late Martha Davidson. She worked in Customer Service in Retail. She was a loving wife, daughter, mother, and sister, and grandmother.
Other than her mother Martha Davidson she is also preceded in death by her husband Thomas (Greg) Loyd and son Sonny Loyd.
Survivors include her daughter Misty Loyd of Columbus, GA., son-in-law Paul Edward DeMoura of Columbus, GA., father Darwin Wayne Norris of Columbus, GA., sisters, Diane Folds (Butch) of Columbus, GA., Denise Norris (Mike) of Atlanta, GA., brother, David Norris of Alabama, step-sister, Jacque Milligan of Arizona, step-brothers, Randy King, Greg King, aunt, Sonja Ridlehoover of Gray, GA., grandchildren, Brayden, Gracie, Wyatt, Axel, step-grandchildren, Kayden, Connor, Cole, nieces, nephews and, cousins.
