On September 19, 2015 we said goodbye to our beloved mother, Kusum Jain, and are happy that she is now resting in peace with God above. Affectionately known as "Momma Jain," she was independent, strong and blessed with the gift of hospitality. She valued family and education.
Funeral Services will be held 6 PM Wednesday September 23, 2015 with private family prayers to begin at 6:45 PM at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held 5-7 PM Tuesday September 22, 2015 at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA. 31907. Her traditional Hindu burial will be held at a later date in India.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Narendra Jain and is survived by children Rekha Kumar (Mahesh), Geeta Gupta (Mohinder), Ashwini Jain (Kristin), Rashmi Hudson (Mark), and Dr. Ashish Jain (Stacey); grandchildren Vivek Kumar (Lajja), Vipul Kumar (Pallavi), Ritesh Gupta, Rishi and Damini Jain, and Blake and Avery Hudson; and sister Kumud Jain and brother Satya Prakash Gupta (Kokil) in India.
