Kulla Hodgson, 86 of Cataula, GA died Sunday, March 10, 2013 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Greg Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow in Ft. Benning Main Post Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA.
Mrs. Hodgson was born June 18, 1926 in Tallin Estonia daughter of the late Paul Abram and Villhemina Abram. She was a homemaker and loved watching baseball and soccer. She also loved her dogs Baby and Allie. She was more than a mother to us she was our bestfriend.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Irving S. Hodgson, Jr.
Survivors include her children, Vickie E. Jowers (Ronnie) of Phenix City, AL, Debra H. Pate (Sam) of Columbus, GA, Irving S. Hodgson, III (Cheryl) of Columbus, GA and Allan Paul Hodgson (Donna) of Cataula, GA; grandchildren, James Kirton, Irving S. Hodgson, IV, Christopher Hodgson, Shana Oden, Paul Allan Hodgson and Phillip Tyler Hodgson and great grandchildren, James Kirton, Jr., Cody A. Kirton, Brianne Oden and Joshua Oden.
