Kenneth “Kenny” Quentin Hull, Jr., 65, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, March 14, 2021 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, March 19, 2021 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. Interment will be held 3:00 PM EST Friday at Memorial Hill Cemetery, 2414 Hartford Hwy, Dothan, AL 36305. In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19, facemasks and social distancing will be required during the services.
Kenny was born September 11, 1955 in Ft. Stewart, GA to the late Kenneth Quintin Hull, Sr. and Gertrude Lingenfelder Hull. He started off working with 911 and retired as a Administrative Technician with the Columbus Police Department after 28 years of service. He loved to sing, play board games, tell jokes and swim.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Melinda Palmer Hull of Columbus, GA, daughter, Hillary Chatham (Zac) of Enterprise, AL. sister, Angela J. Hacking of Columbus, GA, brother, Harold A. Hull (Sharon) of Columbus, GA, sister-in-law, Virginia Tew of Columbus, GA, his dog, Chewy and grand dogs, Bruiser, and Buddy,numerous nieces, great nieces and nephews and other family members.
