Kenneth John Blasko

Kenneth John Blasko, 54, went to be with the lord on August 22, 2020 at Columbus Hospice House.

In keeping with the efforts to stop the spread of COVID-19 the family will have a private service for family and close friends 11:00 AM Thursday, August 27, 2020 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory. Additionally, the family will have a Celebration of Life Service Thursday evening August, 27, 2020 at 7:00 PM. Please contact the family for further details in regards to the Celebration of Life Service.

Ken was born June 12, 1956 in Johnstown, PA son of Ronald Joseph Blasko and the late Carole Ann Beblar Blasko. Ken was an amazing husband, father, Pappy, brother, son and friend. He loved his family and friends and spent his days doing everything he could for the people he loved. He enjoyed watching sports and being active. He loved riding dirt bikes in his youth, playing softball and Golf as an adult. He also really enjoyed baking and cooking for his friends and family. He was happily married to his soul mate and enjoyed spending every day with her. He was a proud Pappy and loved spending time with his grand kids. He will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew him.

He is survived by his Father, Ronald Blasko; his wife, Candace Blasko; his daughters, Tressa Blasko (Adam), Tara Blasko (Chris), and Payton Sasser; his brother Keith Blasko (Sue) and his sister, Natalie Lonsinger (Mike); his grandsons, Weston Lane and Gavin Blasko; as well as his 7 Nieces and Nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations are made to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org or the Kidney Cancer Association, www.kidneycancer.org where Renal Cell Carcinoma needs more research and treatment options. These are organizations dear to his and our hearts.
