Kelly Ann Butler, 47, of Hamilton, GA died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Friday, February 12, 2016 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Daniel Tharpe officiating. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Kelly was born January 29, 1969 in Columbus, GA daughter of Jean DeBice (Jimmy) of Hamilton, GA and James "Milton" Powell (Helen) of Cataula, GA. She was a homemaker and studied at Columbus Technical College to become a Cosmetologist. Kelly loved hunting, fishing, animals, exercising, the beach, and laughing and spending time with family and friends.
Other than her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Annah Preston of Hamilton, GA, son, Rhett Butler of Fortson, GA, brother, John Powell (Crystal) of Columbus, GA, sister, Haley Powell of Cataula, GA, step-sisters, Jenny Goodwin (Andy Birdsall) of Atlanta, GA and Joey Martin (Charlton) of Crawford, AL, step-brothers, Michael DeBice, Phillip DeBice (Martha), Bryan Hatcher (Kimberly) and Christopher Watson all of Columbus, GA, her companion, Tommy Hutcherson, III, his son, Tommy Hutcherson, IV, his parents, Tommy Hutcherson, II (Dorothy Hamilton), and many other family and friends.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Jackson Wells, Shane Parrish, Scott Carroll, John Latham, Thomas Hutcherson, IV and Mike McAuliffe.
