Kathleen Ann Thedford

Kathleen Ann Kinzel Thedford, 50, of Columbus, GA passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital.
Kathleen was born at Womack Army Hospital at Ft. Bragg, NC. She grew up an Army Brat with tours of duty at Ft. Bragg, N.C., the island of Okinawa, Japan, Ft. Leavenworth, KS, Ft. Campbell, KY, Maxwell Air Force Base, AL, and three tours at Ft. Benning. She was a graduate of Hardaway High School and CVCC with an associate degree in Nursing. For over twenty years, she worked as a Registered Nurse in the Columbus area. Most recently, she was employed by Phenix Rehabilitation Hospital in Phenix City, AL.
She will be remembered for her nursing skills and her dedication to her patients and their well being.
She is survived by the love of her life, her son, Sean Thedford of Columbus, GA, her parents, Art and Audrey Drover Kinzel of Columbus, GA, her brother, Patrick Kinzel of Buford, GA, Patrickâ
