Karen Hess, 51, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, September 27, 2009 at her residence.
A memorial service will be held 7 PM Friday, October 9, 2009 at the Church of Latter Day Saints 3007 Howard Ave. with Brother Oliver Booth and Brother Frances T. Holton officiating, according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA.
Ms. Hess was born May 27, 1958 in Tampa, FL daughter of the late Daniel H. Boswell and Frances Moss. She was a homemaker. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Deborah Spano.
Survivors include her son, Jarrod Hess of Columbus, GA, brother, Dan Boswell (Bonnie) of Newnan, GA, sister, Marsha Berezney (Paul, Jr.) of Columbus, GA, brother, Dennis Boswell (Joy) of Columbus, GA, brother, Edwin Boswell of Columbus, GA,brother, Barry Boswell (Becky) of Columbus, GA, brother-in-law, Robert Spano of Box Springs, GA, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
