Justin Dwight Henson, 26, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Central Baptist Church 8303 Whitesville Rd. Columbus, GA 31904 with Reverend J. Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Justin was born September 25, 1984 in LaGrange, GA son of Gary Henson and Terry Head Henson. He worked as a plant operator at Lennox, Inc. and was a member of Upatoi United Methodist Church.
Justin was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Grace and Clyde Henson and his maternal grandfather, Charles Head.
Survivors include his parents, Gary Dwight Henson of Upatoi, GA and Terry Charlene Henson of Columbus, GA; brother, Garrett Lee Henson of Columbus, GA; sister, Brittany JoAnne Henson of Columbus, GA; maternal grandmother, Virginia Parnell of Columbus, GA; three aunts, three uncles and several cousins.
Flowers will be accepted but those who wish may make contributions to Central Baptist Church or Upatoi United Methodist Church 13730 Macon Rd. Upatoi, GA 31829 in memory of Justin Henson.
