June Margaret Davis Shoops, 86, of Columbus, Ga. went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 08, 2020.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Pastorial Institute Community Room, 1515 20th Street Columbus, Ga. 31901 according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, Columbus.
Mrs. Shoops was born August 27, 1933 in Winchester, England daughter of the late Donald Ernest Samuel Davis and Winifred Elsie Warwick Davis. She was loved and cherished by many.
Other than her parents, Mrs. Shoops was preceded in death by her sister, Iris Davis Poole, brother, Gerald Davis, grandson, Jan Micah Akins and brother-in-law Carl R. Poole.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Raymond Wynne Shoops of Columbus, Ga., children, Sandra Akins (Darrell Jan) of Ozark, AR., Lisa Warren (Mark) of Columbus, Ga., Stephen Shoops (Stella) of Kingsland, Ga., grandchildren, Jennifer Debo (Brandon) of Ozark, AR., Blake Johnston (Jennifer) of Fayetteville, AR., Jordan Akins (Paige) of Cave City, AR., Joel Akins of Dallas, TX, Jesse Warren (Harley) of Columbus, Ga., Matthew Warren (Lariza) of Bentonville, AR., Hollie Autrey (Will) of Auburn, Al., Nicholas Warren (Holly) of Ellerslie, Ga., Lauren Ulieme Kingsland, Ga., Trisha Ulieme Kingsland, Ga., Raven Ulieme Kingsland, Ga., great-grandchildren, Sydney Gage, Ozark, AR., Noah Debo, Ozark, AR., Lark Johnson, Fayetteville, AR., Cash Bell, Cave City, AR.
