Judy "Sue" Kinchen Jones, 64, Phenix City, AL., died Friday, June 27, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at Lakeview Memory Gardens, Phenix City, AL, with Rev. Rodney Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Jones was born December 30, 1949 to the late Newton Kinchen and Frances Adams Kinchen. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister Shirley Kinchen. Mrs. Jones retired from Bell South with 33 years of service and was currently employed by CB&T for nine years.
Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Robert "Sammy" Jones; son, Justin R. Jones; daughter, Jennifer Porter (Adam); three sisters, Margie Dishman, Donna Hart (David) and Debra Hartman (Art); three brothers, Ray Kinchen (Marty), Jack Kinchen (Priscilla), Gene Kinchen (Gayle); three grandchildren, Garrett, Raeganne and Holden and numerous nieces and nephews.
