Joyce Ann Tilley Flowers, 82, of Columbus, GA died Thursday, April 27, 2023 at Columbus Hospice House.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. 31907.
Joyce was born June 6, 1940 in Bluefield, WV daughter of the late William Melvin Tilley and Pansy Gray Brooks Tilley. She loved flowers, butterflies, swimming, and being with family. Joyce made the best fudge and everyone loved it.
Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Henry Flowers; siblings, Bonnie Kirby and Janet James.
Survivors include her daughters, Teresa Davis of Columbus, GA, Cynthia Blankenship (Ken) of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Heather Nobles (Sam) of Phenix City, AL, Michael Lepko (Jessica) of Missouri, Stephanie Dunn (Geoff) of Columbus, GA, Liz Riles (Josh) of Phenix City, AL, Jennifer Thomas (Brandon) of Cedartown, GA; great grandchildren, Eli Nobles, Hadley Nobles, Kaiden Lepko, CJ Lepko, Zera Lepko, Jackson Feaser, Riley Kutys, Joseph Dunn, Reagan Riles, Izaac Riles, Abby Riles, Braiden Thomas, Aubrey Thomas, baby Thomas on the way; siblings, Lois Patton, Janie McQuillen, and William Tilley.
