Joseph Samuel Cacciatore, Sr., 72, of Columbus, GA died Friday, November 16, 2012 at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 2:30 PM Friday, December 7, 2012 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery, according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Cacciatore was born February 8, 1940 in Tampa, FL son of the late Joseph Martin Cacciatore and Hazel Harrison Roberts. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was the assistant manager of Hales Grocery and was a member of the American Legion. He was also Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his daughters, Angela Cacciatore (Artie) of Phenix City, AL and Kimberly Cacciatore of Columbus, GA, sons, Joseph Cacciatore, Jr. (Lisa) of Valley, AL and Joseph C. Cacciatore (Valerie) of Columbus, GA, four grandchildren, Noah, Charles, Benjamin and Brooks, and five great grandchildren.
