Johnny Webster

Johnny Buck Webster, 37 of Columbus, GA passed away Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Columbus Hospice House.

Memorial services will be held 11:00AM Monday, May 15, 2023 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Randy Bishop officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.

Johnny was born December 11, 1985 in Columbus, GA to Betty Spain Webster and the late Joel David Webster, Jr. He worked as a hairstylist for Beautique Salon. Johnny was a member of Solid Rock Church in Columbus, GA. Mr. Webster was a very faithful servant of the lord; he would always try to help others seek out the lord. Johnny was an extraordinary athlete; he excelled in all sports but especially baseball. Anyone who ever met Johnny was immediately drawn to him because of his wittiness and straight forward attitude toward life. He was an avid GA Bulldog fan and an amazing father, husband, son and brother.

He is survived by his wife of four years, Katherine Benson Webster, son, David Webster, step-daughter, Ava Roberts, mother, Betty Webster, sisters, Christina Douglas (Justin), Carrie Whitehead (Jeramie), grandmother, Christine Spain, nephew, Saige, nieces, Lanie and Macie, and numerous other extended family and friends.
