John Ralph Wojciechowski, 55, of Columbus, GA, died Monday, December 15, 2014 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, December 19, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Chaplain Wayne Holloway officiating. Interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Wojciechowski was born November 6, 1959 in Ft. Riley, Kansas, son of Ilse Koch Wojciechowski and the late Roman Ralph Wojciechowski. He worked at the Columbus Foundry for 30 plus years in the maintenance department and was a soccer coach at Jordan Vocational High School where they were Regional Champs in 2011. Mr. Wojciechowski loved fishing, was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, loved his family and was a hard worker.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Wojciechowski.
Survivors include his wife, Trece Wojciechowski; children, Dana Card, John Cody Wojciechowski, Megan Wojciechowski, Courtney Jones and Whitney Jones all of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Hannah-Leah, Bailey Mae, Landon, Ansley, Calie, and Blaze; siblings, Jenny Lamb (Arnold) of Fayetteville, GA, Kenneth Wojciechowski (Lou Ann) of Midland, James Wojciechowski (Sandra) of Columbus, GA, and Kathy Gregory (Charles) of Sharpsburg, GA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
