Funeral services will be held 10 AM Saturday, September 26, 2009 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Father Frank Patterson officiating. Interment will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Waverly Hall, GA. The family will receive friends Friday, September 25, 2009 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Keane was born January 22, 1984 in Fulda, Germany son of John Stephen Keane and Loretta Zieverink. He worked for GFA Compressor as a mechanic.
Survivors include his mother, Loretta Zieverink of Columbus, GA, father, John S. Keane of Walpole, MA, wife, Ellen Carter Keane of Columbus, GA, two sons, John Justin Keane, Jr. of Columbus, GA and Trenton Marc Keane of Columbus, GA, brother, Joe Ashmore (Amanda) of Columbus, GA, two sisters, Chrissie Ashmore of Columbus, GA and Annie Ashmore of Columbus, GA, maternal grandmother, Sarah Zieverink of Cinncinati, OH, and many other family and friends.
